| Seasonal Camping is a
tradition at the Foothills Family Campground. Over the years many families have enjoyed our spacious campsites nestled under
the large pines. The location of the camping area, its small size and beauty and the dedication of a family atmosphere make it
an ideal choice for seasonal camping at its best.

CAMPSITES
Seasonal campsites are located in all parts of the main campground. All are wooded,
offer privacy and are equipped with water, sewer, 20 & 30 amp metered electric, picnic table and fire pit.
ATTRACTIONS
Close by activities abound. with in a half hours drive one can climb any number of
mountains, shop to ones content, or take a drive on the Kancamagus Highway, one of the most scenic in the area. Further on,
ride to the top of Mount Washington by rail or in your own car. For the young and young at heart, there is Santa's Village,
Storyland, and Clark's Trading Post. The many lakes and rivers in the region offer excellent boating and fishing. You may even
want to tour Lake Winnipesaukee on a paddle boat, the M/S Mt. Washington.

PLANNED ACTIVITIES
Each summer a limited number of activities are conducted at the campground. In
addition, special events are planned specifically for our seasonal campers. Our Annual
Summer Fish Fry and Harvest Dinner are
examples.
COST & SEASON
The annual fee for a seasonal site range from
$2,000.00 to $2,300.00 depending upon
size and location of the site.. The fee includes use of all facilities and winter storage of the Trailer or RV on your site.
The season starts the second week in May and runs through Columbus Day.
Seasonal site fees and site registration are based on the size and location of the site.
Three categories have been established.

SITE RESTRICTIONS:
LARGE SITES:
- Maximum of two cars including visitors may park on the site.
- Deck / screen room attached to unit is allowed.
- One additional tent, screen room or small pop up trailer allowed on the site.
MEDIUM SITES:
- Maximum of two cars including visitors may park on the site.
- Deck / screen room attached to unit is allowed.
- No additional tents, pop ups, etc. are allowed on the site.
SMALL SITES:
- Maximum of one car including visitors may park on the site.
- Deck / screen room attached to unit is allowed.
- No other tents, pop ups, etc. are allowed.
We have provided each site with metered electricity so you only pay for the electricity you use. Electric bills are
sent monthly. You pay the same rate we pay to PSNH.
SEASONAL SITE AGREEMENT
Our seasonal site agreement outlines the details of renting a seasonal site. To
maintain the beauty of the camping area we have established guidelines for the maintenance of the site and the construction of
decks, additions and sheds. We do enforce normally accepted campground rules to ensure that a family atmosphere is maintained
for all campers.
PETS
We welcome pets. We ask however, that they be under control of
their owners at all times and not allowed to roam. Please use a leash when away from the site.
