Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Our policy on reservations and cancellations is as follows.  To guarantee a reservation for a site we require 

1) a deposit of one night's fee, or 

2) 1/4 of total fee if stay is more than 4 days, payable by check or a valid credit card number.   This deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival.  There is a $10.00 processing fee for cancelled reservations.   The deposit is non refundable if the reservation is not canceled.  We will hold a site for two weeks after a reservation is made without a deposit. After that date we reserve the right to rent the site if it is needed.  A $5.00 refundable Security Gate Card deposit is required at check in to access sites 70 through 84.  The Mobile Home Vacation Rentals require a $100 cash or credit card security deposit. Reservations made within 1 week of stay require payment in full.
